Minimum
We gladly accept any kind of business or private orders. Our order minimum is only 100 Euro value of the goods per delivery. For exceptional orders smaller than that (not first orders) we have to charge an extra 5,- €

Payment & Delivery


First or overseas orders can only be executed against advance payment. You will receive our Proforma Invoice with all details by E-Mail. Upon receipt of your payment we will release the goods for delivery.

Payment

The quickest way to get your goods is if you pay by PayPal. This way we can practically release your order for shipment right upon receiving the confirmation of your payment by PayPal.

Alternatively you can wire transfer to our account, but this will usually take some time.

 

Delivery time
Our significant stock allows us to promptly deliver many articles you can choose from. Of course there are exceptions – but we will let you know, when you place your order. We cannot guarantee to have everything any time in any number, which you will certainly understand.

 

Shade cards
It is true: without shade cards it is hard to estimate the right colour, but for first references and trial orders our scanned shade cards on this website might be regarded useful. Our handmade shade cards containing original swatches are distributed amongst our customers at no charges. Very soon you will get all the shade cards you need for the specific articles you purchase more than just occasionally. All above is subject to our final confirmation“
